SafeTrak's value proposition provides not only the ability to increase safety against crime, but serves as a contact tracing application that works across countries and can be utilized by both governments and citizens alike.
ONBOARDING AND ETHICAL CONCERNS
In Singapore, the government is headed towards an always-active solution to contact tracing apps. The general privacy concerns by the public have led to users looking towards counter-tracking solutions such as Faraday cages.

The biggest concern is then how we can integrate SafeTrak and entice passive tracking by users in case of emergency situations. Success in the design of the application relies on giving users more control over the passive tracking features, while also addressing ethical and privacy concerns.
